Since 2001 LaVonne has serve as President/CEO of HSI-WARC, (High Sierra Industries, Inc. Washoe Ability Resource Center) in Reno, Nevada. She is credited with putting HSI-WARC on the map increasing the visibility of HSI-WARC within the community as a successful not for profit, social enterprise. Most importantly she is a developer of leaders and is passionate about the talents and abilities of people with disabilities.
Melany Denny has been involved with human service organizations in Northern Nevada for the past 20 years. In her capacity as an executive leader, she has developed and implemented a number of new and innovative programs to meet the needs of people living in our community who have special needs.
Jimmy M Breslin has been involved in the Northern Nevada community for over 30 years on various boards. Prior to transition to HSI/WARC, Jimmy worked for Model Dairy for 36 years, 11 of which functioning as General Manager. He maintained P&L responsibilities for over 170 million dollars and a staff of 250 employees.
