We have some updates since our temporary closure on 3/18/2020. Unless you have resigned, you still have a job and will continue to get paid through 4/20/2020.

  • Check the ADP website or hsireno.org every two days for updates from us.We also have a notice for you posted on the forms site here on ADP.
  • Payroll has been processed and you should receive your normal pay.
  • If you have questions regarding your employment status or benefits (i.e. are considering filing for unemployment, concerned about your pay, etc.) please reach out to monica.dana@hsireno.comor genny.wilson@hsireno.comprior to taking action. Failure to do so creates more paperwork and processing.
  • If you meet any of the conditions listed below, reach out to monica.dana@hsireno.comor genny.wilson@hsireno.comright away so our limited financial resources can stretch further:
    • You are subject to a Federal, State, or local quarantine or isolation order related to COVID-19(this would have been told to you by the health department or your doctor).
    • You have been advised by a health care provider to self-quarantine due to concerns related to COVID-19.
    • You are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and seeking a medical diagnosis.
    • You are caring for an individual who is subject to an order as described in the first bullet above or has been advised as described in the second bullet above.
    • You are caring for your son or daughter because school or place of care of your son or daughter has been closed, or the child care provider of your son or daughter is unavailable, due to COVID-19 precautions.
    • You are experiencing any other substantially similar condition specified by the Secretary of Health and Human Services in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Secretary of Labor.
  • We are an essential business and continue to operate. We need your help to ensure the people we serve are safe and receiving needed services. Please respond to calls from Lisa for assistance filling in where needed.
  • For those of you not working during the temporary closure, we will continue to update you on planned return to work dates. Right now that is slated for 4/20/2020; however, this might change. For the next pay period, we continue to provide paid leave in accordance with laws, regulations, and existing financial resources.

Thanks again … your dedication and understanding during these dynamic times are very much appreciated.
